3 Ways to Control Sugar Cravings

Hello, Lovelies 😍😍😍😍😍. Here is a quick post about one of my 2019 resolutions.

Stop buying sweets: run away from the chocolate and sweet aisle, instead buy fruits such as apple, so that when the cravings come during midnight, you won’t have a choice than to eat a fruit.

Don’t shop when you are hungry

Have a cheat day: reward your handwork and commitment with sugar-filled foods or snacks

Detoxification : if not buying is hard to implement, include detoxifying regime in your weekly routine. This helps to keep the colon clean.
